Description
Responsible Individual - Children's Services - East Kent / Canterbury.

We are currently working with our client to recruit a Responsible Individual to join their group and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure all homes meet relevant requirements set out in legislation, along with continuing to build relationships with parents, local authorities, social workers and outside organisations. Working in partnership to deliver and oversee that each child’s care plan is facilitated, targets are met and best achievements and positive outcomes are promoted.

Previous managerial experience within residential childrens services is essential.
