I’m recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed therapeutic children’s home in Maidstone, supporting young people in a safe, nurturing environment where high standards and positive outcomes really matter.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you’ll help lead the team, maintain standards and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home.

You’ll need:

• Experience in a children’s residential setting
• Senior or Deputy Manager experience
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare – essential
• Level 5 qualification, or willingness to work towards it
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people
• Full UK driving licence
