Registered Manager – Residential Care Home (Elderly Care)
Location: Beautiful seaside town, East Kent
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus (Negotiable, DOE)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and inspire the care team, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, manage budgets and staffing, and continue to drive improvement and excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and support to the care team
Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain excellent quality standards
Manage budgets, occupancy, and staff performance
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
About You:
Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home for older people
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
A confident leader with excellent communication and motivational skills
