I’m currently working with a growing and values-driven care provider who is opening a brand-new 3-bed children’s home in Gravesend. They’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager who wants more than just another role. This is a genuine opportunity to shape a service from day one.

What they’re looking for:

• An experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations
• A confident leader who can build and develop a team
• Someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes
