- Support Manager and Mentor – Children’s Service’s – Ramsgate
The role of the Support Manager and Mentor will be to train and support managers as defined and delegated by the Responsible Individual. You will work with Home Mangers in order to support and assist them in the smooth running and provision of high quality services.
This role is to develop managers and homes to my clients expectations, regulatory compliance, safeguarding expectations and to fulfil action plans. It is also to provide continuous improvement and development of Managers as well as assist managers and their staff in rectifying shortfalls and concerns.
You must have experience of managing services for children and young people and have experience of facilitating, organising and directing & developing teams using childcare Standards & best practise model to guide decision making. It is also essential that you have Knowledge of the Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards and a management qualification.

The role is Monday to Friday based at my clients Head Office in Ramsgate and will also involve travel to different homes.
A competitive salary of up to £40,000 is offered.
