- Deputy Manager (RN) – Near Maidstone – Nursing Home
We are currently looking to recruit a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join a medium sized Nursing Home on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Your role will be a key part of the homes nursing team – my client prides itself on promoting independence, dignity and quality of life at all times in a person centre caring and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring that through clinical governance and leadership the care, health and safety of all residents is effectively assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated.
It is essential that you are a strong leader who leads by example ensuring your nursing team achieve high levels of clinical care.
A key to success in this role is the ability to communicate with ease to the Care Quality Commission, Social Services and the Safeguarding teams and have the ability to implement action plans for improvement and build a reputation of high quality care delivery for the home.
You must have a Valid RGN or RMN NMC Pin Code
Proven experience within a clinical care setting with older people
A competitive salary of up to £43,000 is offered.
