Care Home Manager – Maidstone, Kent
Salary: £62,000 per annumWe are working with a well-established residential care home in Maidstone, Kent, to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee a dedicated team and deliver high-quality care for residents living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support staff in creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments
- Ensure care standards are implemented and regularly reviewed
- Maintain effective communication with residents and their families
- Manage complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policies
- Promote a culture of high-quality care and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience managing a care home
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
