- ADMINISTRATOR - RESOURCER RECRUITMENT
An established recruitment & selection company, are seeking a Resourcer/Recruitment Administrator based within our Herne Bay offices, to support our consultants.
The responsibilities of a Resourcer/Recruitment Administrator include;
•Resourcing for vacancies using various job portals & social media
•Working with consultants on recruitment briefs
•Maintaining internal databases with all information
•Screening & telephone interviewing candidates
•Arranging & confirming interviews
•Daily inbox management
•Contracts and general candidate compliance
•General office administration tasks
Previous Recruitment or Resourcing experience is an advantage, however, more importantly, you will possess;
* Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
* Confident telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* A self-starter & able to work autonomously
* Computer literate (word/excel, database management, etc).
HOURS & REMUNERATION
Monday to Friday 9-5, with a negotiable salary/hourly rate based on relevant experience.
