Regional Manager – Kent – Competitive salary package

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Regional Manager to join their team to look after their homes in Kent.

Your role will be to oversee a team of Home Managers thus ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to the residents. You will mentor and guide your team, making sure that company and government compliance is adhered to within each home.

We are looking for a strategic manager with a wealth of knowledge across the nursing and care home sector, exceptional financial acumen, someone who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all services. You will also be required to take a lead role in quality and compliance within the homes with support from various of the senior management team.
