- CALL CENTRE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR & ENGINEER SCHEDULER
Expanding national Facilities Engineering company, that work with leading retailers, medical facilities & corporate facilities.
Based in their Birmingham offices, you will provide support to clients via telephone & email, in the booking, allocation and planning of their maintenance requirements.
THE JOB- Handling calls & emails from clients regarding maintenance issues
- Logging jobs on to online system (Cash/Tabs)
- Allocation of works to engineers
- Processing orders
- Providing quotations using online system
- Seeking authorisation from clients for works
THE PERSON
You will possess;- *Previous Contact Centre/Call Centre or Customer Service Advisor or Administration experience
- *Confident telephone manner, with good written/verbal communication skills
- *IT literate (MS Office & databases)
- *The ability to prioritise workload and build client relationships
Hours are Monday to Friday, with choice of; 8-4 or 9-5 or 10-6.
Salary of £16,000 to £17,500, paid holiday, pension, etc.
