Regional Field Service Manager
Electrical-Mechanical Equipment
Southern England regionOne of the UK’s leading supplier of forecourt & vehicle washing equipment, are seeking a Regional Service Manager for the South of England region.
The Position
Based from home and covering a region, you will manage a team of circa 15 field based engineers who undertake the installation, service & repair of air & water towers, vacuums & jet-washes within their clients sites which include; major oil companies & retail organisations throughout the UK.
Managing your region, you will drive the service operation forward, by introducing new initiatives, efficiency's & KPI's, whilst utilising your engineering knowledge & experience, to provide technical & hands on support to your field based team.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must possess;- Engineering Field Management experience (experience of managing field engineers)
- Ideally an Engineering or Electrical background (Electrical Engineering qualification) – although not essential
- Experience of managing remotely based field engineers & client facing skills
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Computer literate
- Full UK Driving Licence
The remuneration package includes;
Basic salary of circa £35-37,000 negotiable on experience • Car allowance/Company vehicle • Associated Benefits
