The Role:
We are currently seeking a customer focused Gas Engineer to join our Domestic Heating After Sales Team, providing world-class support to our customers, undertaking the servicing, fault-finding and repair of Worcester Bosch heating products within an area.

Based from home and currently residing within the listed postcode area, you will utilise your knowledge and boiler fault finding experience to provide high levels of first time fix and ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer care.

Your Experience:
You will be a self-motivated, organised Gas Engineer with Boiler fault-finding skills and a passion for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You will also possess;

• Boiler fault-finding & repair experience (not necessarily on the Worcester product range although this could be an advantage)
• ACS Certification – ACS Core Gas Safety & Boilers (CCN1 and CEN1)
• Experience of using to test equipment, including Electrical Multi-Meter and Combustion Gas analyser
• An ability to engage with customers and communicate with them effectively and confidentially
• A positive attitude, integrity, reliability and ability to work on your own initiative
• A diligent and consistent approach to safeguarding your own Health & Safety and that of others during your daily work
• Basic IT skills
• Full UK driving Licence – essential

Reward:
Our Field Engineer’s work Monday to Friday with Saturday’s on a rota basis.
We support our Engineer’s work life balance with the benefit of No Callout & No Sunday working.

The remuneration package includes;

• £44,684 package based on
• Basic salary of £42,000
• Lunch Allowance of circa £684
• Company Bonus of circa £2000
• Company Vehicle – Private use fully expensed option
• Pension scheme to 8%
