Regional Field Service Manager

South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire region

Our client is a European Manufacturer of commercial appliances, found in clients across a number of sectors including leisure, hotels, educational, medical & local authority & office buildings.

Growth of the service division & continued development has resulted in need for a Regional Service Manager to join the team, focused on the South London and Southern Counties area.

The Role

The Regional Service Manager will mentor, support, coach and performance manage a team of circa 12 Field Engineers & Installation Engineers, who have different levels of skills and experience.

You will be working alongside four other Service Managers, supporting a variety of customers across all market sectors with a revenue value of approximately £12M.  

Based within the field on average three days a week, you will actively manage and develop your team, focused on the improvement of KPI’s, customer excellence, ongoing training, performance and coaching.

Your Experience

To be considered for this role you must possess:

• Field Service Manager experience (experience of managing a team of field engineers)
• Previous hands-on field engineer demonstratable experience
• Electrical knowledge (single & three phase)
• Experience of managing remotely based field engineers & client facing skills
• Performance management
• Effective communication skills across all levels
• Computer literate
• Full UK Driving Licence
