Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to join a children's service located near Dartford.

As the Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Registered Manager in the Management of the home, including the day to day running and the quality of life enjoyed by the children.
You will also be required to foster good morale and team spirit amongst the staff team and good relationships with the local community in order to create a warm, homely, caring environment within the home whilst catering for the children as a whole, nevertheless taking into account of the needs of the individual.

A VERY competitive salary is offered and will be disclosed on application.
