We are currently working with a leading hospitality and leisure business to recruit a General Manager to operate their competitive socialising venue! EAT-DRINK-PLAY

This is a great opportunity to join a leading leisure operator who has some great and rapid expansion plans in 2024 and beyond. The company is keen to continue their employees career development during this expansion.

You will have overall responsibility for the delivery and development of all aspects of the  site and your role will be to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Your role as the General Manager will also be to maximise revenue through the upselling of retail products and food & beverage offerings.

My client is seeking a natural leader with the ability to nurture, develop and retain the team members whilst safeguarding the long term success of the business.

A competitive salary of up to £43,000 is offered for this role along with the following benefits;
