- Description
- We are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager to manage a Children’s Service near Romford.
The role would involve:- Achieving positive outcomes, safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of the young people in your care. Managing the care staff in your home to deliver best practice
- Providing leadership to the home in a child focussed manner and representing the home aiming for high quality standards. Providing stability and commitment to the home
- Being a positive, proactive member of the management team which will include the promotion and development of the company.
You must have a proven track record within residential care, be an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills. It is also essential you hold a management qualification.
A competitive salary is offered (negotiable).
