ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
An established Manufacturer of specialist energy efficient heating solutions, are seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to cover the Scotland area.
Electrical (C&G 17th Ed), HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heat Pump
Scotland region
The Position
An Electrical Engineer based from home, you will provide technical support & service to consumers, while complimenting & supporting trade and service partners on our range of electrical heating products (Air Curtains, Heating Appliances, Heat Pump, etc).
You will represent the company across a wide range of issues from providing on-site support & training installers & service agents, through to handling technical issues on a client’s product.
The Person- Electrical Qualified Engineer (C&G 17th Ed qualified)
- Fault-finding & Multi-meter experience
- Knowledge of unvented water systems and other water based products - advantage
- Any HVAC, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump experience – advantage
- Knowledge of plumbing & heating system design - advantage
- Knowledge of Heat pump installation & fault-finding – advantage
- Flexible approach to working
- Requirement to work away from home when required
- Full UK driving licence
As a Manufacturer's Technical Specialist, you will be an electrically qualified engineer with faultfinding abilities. Any exposure or knowledge of HVAC, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump's (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Nibe, Calorex, Dimplex, Toshiba, etc) would be an advantage.
You will be quality driven, customer focused and possess excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements. Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Salary Package- Circa £30-32k (negotiable)
