SENIOR COFFEE ENGINEER - LEAD COFFEE ENGINEER

We are working with one of the UK’s largest independent Coffee Machine specialists, whose clients include pub groups, restaurant chains, fuel retailers & coffee machine manufacturers.
They are seeking Senior Coffee Engineers or Lead Coffee Engineers within a number of areas, to support their Coffee Engineer team.
The Position
Based from home and working within a region, you will support your Coffee Engineer colleagues within the field, whilst supporting the Regional Service Manager.You will be hands on two days a week on average, with three days a week focused on identifying & delivering training within the team, coaching & supporting your colleagues, dealing with product & customer escalations, etc.
This is the chance to progress within your career as a Coffee Engineer, as a stepping stone into field management.
Your Experience
- An experienced Coffee Engineer – with knowledge & experience of both bean to cup & traditional machines
- A great communicator, able to support both colleagues & customers
- Happy presenting to internal 7 external stakeholders
- Full Uk Driving Licence

Remuneration Package
- Circa negotiable £40-45k + London Weighting

Remuneration & Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 2 weekend days per month
- Additional payments for additional Saturday or Sunday working
