FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - Electrical Forecourt Equipment

Drive Through Carwash Equipment

1x M4 corridor, 1x South M1/M40 corridor

  

  • Are you a Field Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electrical Mechanical Engineer, Pump Engineer & can use a Multi Meter?

A European market leader who design, manufacture and maintain vehicle wash solutions, are seeking Engineer's in key areas across the UK.

The Job

Based from home, as a Field Service Engineer you will service, maintain & repair our customers Retail Commercial Car Wash equipment. 

Covering an area, you will be visiting clients sites which include fuel stations, car dealerships, etc undertaking planned maintenance, servicing & repair of commercial carwash equipment.

This includes;

  • Planned Maintenance
  • Repair of machines
  • Record all site visits
  • Ensure your van parts stock are maintained
  • Communicate & build relationships with all customers

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Multi Meter experience
  • Electrical knowledge & problem solving & fault-finding skills
  • Ideally three phase knowledge - training provided
  • Be customer focused & be able to build relationships
  • Previous experience working in a field-based role
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • Confidence in working alone as well as part of team
  • Full UK Driving License required

 The successful candidate will receive full product training.

Working Hours

  • Working Monday to Friday, your day includes all travel leaving home at 8am and home before 6pm.
  • Additional Weekend work based on a 1 in 3 weeks rota system.

Remuneration

Package of circa;

  • starting £37,500 rising to £40,000 (including 1 in 3 weekend rota)
  • Mobile phone and company tablet provided.
  • All tools & uniform provided.
  • Company Vehicle – with private use option.
  • Fuel card and corporate credit card.
  • Company pension scheme.
