Residential Support Worker – Children’s Specialist Home (Learning Disabilities)
Location: Folkestone
Salary: £26,000 + paid sleep-ins

Are you passionate about making a real difference? We’re recruiting a Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with learning disabilities in a specialist home in Folkestone.

This is a full-time, rota-based role with up to 4 paid sleep-ins per month.

The Role
You’ll provide day-to-day care and support, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing environment.
