Location: Dover / Folkestone
Salary: £43,000About the Role
We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a nursing home near Dover and Folkestone. The service provides high-quality, person-centred care for adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities, including more complex needs such as:
Autistic Spectrum Disorder
Down Syndrome
Challenging Behaviour
Severe Hearing Impairment
Additional or compounding mental health needs
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience working within this specialist field
Previous experience at a managerial level
A recognised management qualification
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional, safe, and compassionate care
