Lift Repair Service Manager – Croydon (Hybrid)
- Are you a Service Manager or Supervisor in the Lift industry?
- Do you have Lift Repairs experience & knowledge?
A rapidly expanding player in the Lift industry, are seeking a Lift Repairs Manager, to work closely with the SLT managing a team of Lift Repairs Engineer’s across the Southeast area.With 1900 sites and with clients that include with leading retailers, you will manage a team of circa seven Lift Repair Engineer’s, with the support of a team of administrators, ensuring that lift repairs are delivered on time, safely, and that engineers have the correct parts, spares & technical support in place.
Responsibilities
• Lead & manage the Lift Repairs Department to ensure all repair activities are completed efficiently & safely to industry standards.
• Ensure that engineers are utilised effectively in the scheduling and coordination of repairs, in order to meet customer SLA’s.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, parts, and services.
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Provide technical support to engineers, ensuring that all repairs are completed to a high standard and in line with H&S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and record-keeping of all lift repairs
• Collaborate with the Lift Service and Lift Installation teams.Your Experience
• Demonstrate a solid background in Lift Repairs• Lift Engineer Management, Supervisory or Lead Lift Engineer experience
• Strong technical understanding of lift systems, components, health & safety.
• Ability to manage budgets.

Salary to circa £65,000
