Heating Engineer - Technical Advisor
Are you a Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer, Renewables Engineer or Heat Pump Engineer looking to come off the tools and work in an office environment?
Based within the Wiltshire office, our technical support department handle pre and post sales enquiries from trade professionals and consumers through phone, email and social channels on our range of heating products.
This entails:
- Providing pre & post sales technical support to external and internal customers through multiple communication channels.
- Problem solving and investigation through verbal questioning and following a defined process.
- Identifying issues and reporting to aid continuous improvement of products and services.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure flow of accurate and up to date technical information
Your Experience
- A Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer, Renewables Engineer or Boiler Engineer
- Heating system & some fault-finding knowledge
- Communication skills, verbal and written
- IT skills (happy to work on a computer)
- Customer focused
Remuneration & Hours
- Salary of £40,000
- 23 days rising to 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Private health care
Our technical team work on alternate shifts from 7.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 6pm, with an earlier finish on a Friday.
We also work an occasional Saturday morning from 8.30am to 1pm.
