Technical Support - Electrical Heating

SUPPORT ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL HEATING & VENTILATION

• Are you an experienced Electrician, Electrical Improver, Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Field Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, Heat Pump Engineer or Renewables Engineer seeking a support role?

A leading manufacturer of Electrical heating, renewable & ventilation products, are seeking an Electrical Technical Support Engineer.

Based within their offices between Portsmouth & Southampton, the position will involve providing technical support across their product range to engineers, consultants & external service partners, via phone, email & social media.

Products cover a range of electrical heating, heat pump, hot water & ventilation.

The Role:

• Using your electrical fault-finding knowledge to provide technical support to internal & external stakeholders
• Monitor technical support to identify product issues & continual improvement
• Assist in the collation of technical bulletins & training documentation
• Review warranty claims and issues to ensure collated for continual improvement
• Identify requirements for technical bulletins
• Maintain a strong technical customer experience

The Candidate;

You will be an Electrical Engineer, Electrician, Electrical Improver, Air Conditioning Engineer, Renewables Engineer or HVAC Engineer comfortable working in an office based environment or seeking an office based role.

You will possess the following;

• Electrical, qualifications/certification (i.e 18th edition, 17th edition, City & Guilds Electrical, etc)
• Able to read schematic diagrams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to help and advise customers & colleagues effectively
• Computer literate across office applications 

Hours & Remuneration:

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 to 4pm.

Salary on experience to £35,000 & associated benefits
