Start Monday is recruiting on behalf of a respected client for a qualified and experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their expanding field-based service team in the Preston area.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Refrigeration Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Attending reactive breakdown calls and fault diagnosis

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Occasionally supporting refrigeration equipment installations

• Delivering exceptional customer service during site visits

• Participating in an on-call rota (currently 1 in 5 weeks)

• Completing all job reports and paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:

To be successful in this Refrigeration Engineer role, you will need:

• Experience in a similar field-based refrigeration role

• Valid F-Gas certification (essential)

• Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
