HEAT PUMP & RENEWABLES MANUFACTURER
A manufacturer of Renewable Heating products which include; Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar, Cylinders & Heat Recovery heating solutions, are seeking two Field Service Engineers.
HEATING ENGINEER
1x Southwest (Residing Wiltshire/Bristol, M4/M5)
1x Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire
The Position
Based from home, you will be cover a region (with occasional overnight stays) representing the company, undertaking repairs and servicing to the company's range of Ground Source and Air Source heat pumps.
This includes;- Carrying out warranty & chargeable calls (servicing & repair)
- Diagnose system problems and advise accordingly
- Write electronic reports
- Communication with clients and colleagues
- Maintain your vehicle & stock to company requirements
The Person
Essential;- Heating system design/fault find knowledge
- Hot/Cold water system knowledge
- Electrical Faultfinding & Multi-meter experience
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Self motivated, able to work on own initiative
- Able to manage van stock & work load
- Full clean UK driving licence
Advantageous;- Refrigeration or Heat Pump experience
- Biomass experience
- F Gas certification
You will be quality driven, customer focused and possess excellent communication skills, a friendly, courteous manner and the determination to meet and exceed customer requirements. Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Remuneration- Monday to Friday
- Basic circa £36-38k
