Exciting new opportunity for a Registered Manager / Home Manager to join a growing company to manage a new Childrens Home opening soon in the Canterbury area.

Your role will be to maintain the smooth running of the home by promoting a harmonious culture by co-ordinating, supervising, directing and facilitation the team in delivering high standards of care. Protecting and supporting the children and young people by facilitating their physical, psychological, emotional and social development.

This role will require you to set up the home & recruit a new team of support staff.
