The Role
£5 Billion operator of Bus, Coach & rail services across 14 countries within Europe, are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to monitor engineering quality and safety of their PCV fleet.
Based from home, you will be working across the UK and 14 European countries, visiting the company's workshops and undertaking quality monitoring & inspections on the fleet, maintenance & safety procedures, policies, systems & documentation.
This may also include delivering training to PSV Technicians and incident investigation.
Average week; Monday; travel by car/plane/rail to location. Tuesday to Thursday; undertake an average of 5 inspections of bus fleet per day with associated paperwork. Friday; travel home by car/plane/rail.
Are You- HGV Technician/Engineer/Fitter
- PSV/PCV Technician/Engineer/Fitter
- Time served/Qualified
- Computer literate
- Experienced or looking to progress in to Quality Inspection
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to travel extensively across Europe
- Work Away from home (Mon to Fri)
Any previous HGV/PCV training, quality inspection/performance experience an advantage.
Remuneration Package/Hours- Monday to Friday
- Salary circa £38,000 to £42,977
