CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER SCHEDULER
HOURS; Monday to Weds 8am-5pm, Sat & Sun 8am-3pm (Thurs/Fri days off)
UK's leading suppliers of forecourt equipment (Jetwash/Air & Water Towers/Vacuums) to fuel stations, are seeking an Engineer Scheduler/Customer Service Advisor, to join their small Call Centre team based in their offices in Ashton in Makerfield (nr Haydock Racecourse).
THE JOB
Receiving calls & emails from their commercial customers (including BP, Shell, Morrisons, etc), logging equipment faults on to a database system and arranging for an engineer to visit the site (this is generated by the system).
THE PERSON
You will possess;- * Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- *Customer service, call centre, scheduling, administration, etc experience
- *Computer/IT skills (Email, Excel, Word, etc)
- *Ability to prioritise workload
SALARY & HOURS- Circa £17k + benefits
- Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
- Thursday & Friday – days off
- Saturday & Sunday - 8am to 3pm
