- Description
- We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant General Manager for a Leisure Group.
Your role as the Assistant General Manager will be to assist in the day to day management of the venue to include; operational, food and beverage, health and safety, recruitment and retention and Finance - KPIs and budget planning.
It is essential that you have experience in a similar role and have a background in either retail, leisure or hospitality and catering. There will be a BIG focus on food and service so it is essential that you have good knowledge of catering and licensed bars. You will also be required to network with local businesses and organisations. A good sense of humour is also essential!
